The Obamas Are Moving! Check Out Their New Neighborhood, Kalorama, D.C.

No matter where you stand on Trump/Clinton/Sanders, there's a truth we need to come to terms with: The Obamas are moving. After President Obama's term is up, the family will leave the White House for tony D.C. neighborhood Kalorama (chosen to be close to Sasha's high school), making him the first prez since Woodrow Wilson to stay in town.
The area looks nice, with tree-lined streets and roomy houses. That latter point is a necessity for a former president—it was reported that the Obamas would likely spend between $5 million and $7 million to get everything they need in a house. There is no news on
a specific abode for the fam, but real estate watchers have pointed out that a few gated homes are on the market, including one that belonged to a former Syrian ambassador and has security cameras still in place. The area is populated with lots of embassies too, explaining some of the palatial spaces.
For anyone considering a relocation of their own (or just interested in seeing what FLOTUS will get to call home), we rounded up some pics that show the area off.
