Grazing Bill in the senate passes first reading at a time Fulani herdsmen menance is on the increase

The Senate on Wednesday passed for first reading, the bill seeking to establish grazing reserves across the country.
The bill sponsored by a Senator representing Kano Central, Rabiu Kwankwaso titled ‘National Grazing Reserves Agency Bill, 2016′ was read the first time on the floor of the upper chambers today.
The grazing bill is passed at a time when Fulani herdsmen continue to attack several villages across the country, killing several farmers.
